First off, congratulations on landing here. This moment could be the turning point you’ve been searching for in your journey to transform your body and life.
But let me be upfront right from the start—I’m not here to sugarcoat things or give you false promises. I’ll tell it like it is, and sometimes that’s not what people want to hear. But I’ve found it’s exactly what delivers results.
I am going to pitch my paid coaching program to you.
But I’ve got to say that’s my least favourite part of the call. I enjoy writing up creative & effective plans for people to follow on there own. After I’ve done that I’ll usually give a 2 minute run down of my coaching program if I think it’s a good fit for you.
If you’re not keen on it for some reason, then I’ll leave it alone. I trust that giving you, your free plan will be worth my time due to the word of mouth your results will generate. And to be honest I don’t love sales. I love coaching. So I don’t like to drag the sales longer than it needs to be.

I used to just give people their nutrition targets and monitor their food logs, checking in every couple of days
Most people would do pretty well, losing a couple kg in their first few weeks. Then as life would get busy, or as the scale would plateau they would start to flake. So I’d follow up with them and encourage them to get back on track. Not bad, but not good enough in my opinion.
Some people would respond and get back on track but for most once this first month was up they’d begin to fade. I had no answer. Until I put together the Peak Physique Blueprint.
I wanted a program that was so much better than what everyone else was doing, all the other coaches I know would say things to me like
